The Poulos Bros Group has a very flat management structure. Whilst the business is large in turnover, the Group maintains a tight management circle with a firm succession plan in place for senior management.
Board of Directors
The Board comprises the following members : 
Con Poulos – Executive Chairman and Founder 
Peter C. Poulos – Managing Director 
Con J. Liaros – Director 
Peter D. Poulos – Director 
Boyd Parsons – Company Secretary The Board comprises of members of the shareholder families of the Poulos Bros Group as well as having an independent director Mr. Boyd Parsons on the Board. We welcome Boyd Parsons as the new Company Secretary after the retirement of Raymond Petersen.
Senior Management
The Group’s senior operational managers are : 
Peter C. Poulos – Managing Director 
Con J. Liaros – Group General Manager 
Peter D. Poulos – Operations Manager Con Poulos (one of the Founders) is still very involved in the business and provides sound guidance and input to the business. Con intends to continue in active roles within the Group and has instituted a succession plan to ensure the minimum disruption to the business going forward.
Operational Management
The Group’s operational managers are : 
Jimmy Liaros – Fresh Fish Manager 
Tass Vallianos – Purchasing Manager 
James Poulos – Quality Assurance Manager 
Boyd Parsons – Chief Accountant 
Rex Johnston – Sea Traders Manager 
Peter Cole & Ye Jin Tan – Managers Peter’s Fish Market 
Terry Poulos – Allseas Manager 
Sally Bowerman – Hobart Fish Port
