No December Specials

As we prepare for the Christmas period Poulos Bros will not be having any specials for the month of December, just the best prices on the best seafood we can provide!.

Please check back in January for some great specials to ring in the new year

Easter 2011 Trading Days

With Easter fast approaching we would like our customers to take note of our trading schedule for the Easter/ANZAC Day period.

Poulos Bros Market Depot and Allseas will be closed from Good Friday until Easter Tuesday.

Poulos Bros Bank St will be closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday to Easter Tuesday. We will be open from 6am-10am on Easter Saturday, 23rd April.

All Poulos Bros businesses will be reopening for normal trade from Wednesday 27th April.

We also ask that you allow additional time for deliveries this week as we are extremely busy leading into the public holidays.

Peter D's Tip for 14/03/2011

Plenty of small NZ snapper and Salmon Available. The fish market has plenty of fish but not a lot for the restaurants eg: redspot whiting and mullet. Flathead is a big problem, it is very expensive in the market. The good news is we will have South Australian flathead coming tomorrow. There is extra large South Australian snapper on the market floor. Yamba cooked farm tigers prawns are very good at the moment. Black mussels have over come sporning and are back in season now. Plenty of yellowfin tuna so please enquire on price as it is based on a fish by fish depending on quality.
