Because we like to provide our customers with the widest range we can Poulos also carry a variety of frozen fish. There are 2 major advantages to frozen fish; frozen fish has a much longer shelf life than fresh fish does (up to 2 years) which means we can source products from overseas which are not available in local waters. This means greater variety with less waste, perfect for customers who may not use all their stock at once.

Most fish come already filleted but we do stock some whole fish like:
