Most of our fresh fish can also be bought filleted for your convenience. Many of these are filleted on site, daily, by our highly trained team.

Fillets are available with skin on or skin off and Salmon, Flathead and Ocean Trout are also available deboned, at additional cost.

As with our whole fish they are subject to seasonal variation so if we don’t have what you’re after just ask one of our experienced sales team. We may be able to source it for you or let you know the best alternatives.
