Currently headquartered in Pyrmont, New South Wales, the Group was incorporated in 1967 by Con and Denis Poulos. The Poulos Bros Group with its Associated Companies is one of the largest distributors, processors, importers, exporters and retailers of Fresh and Frozen Seafoods and related food products in Australia.

Con Poulos (one of the Founders) is still very involved in the business and provides sound guidance and input to the business. Con intends to continue in active roles within the Group and has instituted a succession plan to ensure the minimum disruption to the business going forward.
